The Rigol DS1054Z is a beast for $350 USD. 50MHz worth of bandwidth, 12MB of sample RAM, 1GSa/s spread across four channels, and more functions than you can shake a stick at! I haven’t had much of a chance to play with it since I’ve been super busy with school, but from what I’ve done with it so far, I’m really impressed.
I set up one of my MSP430 boards to just toggle one of its GPIO pins. The first picture is the overall waveform, and the next two are deep dives into the rising and falling edges.
